Usage

Mainly apply to surface treatment before dry filmsand paints, deburring after drilling, pressplate cleaning.

Diamond dressing board

Jiejun diamond dressing board is manufactured by plating diamond on stainless steel directly. It is designed for dressing any kind of brush to get a more even brush surface within short time. It is with the highly abrasive ability and longer life than other competition product.

When is the brush necessary to be dressed?

1.        Brush becomes bigger at both end of the brush than the center part

2.        Brush damaged by the edge of plate

3.        The shape of brush become elliptic 

4.        The surface of brush becomes dirty.

Spiral nylon brush

The spiral nylon roll can be made in two ways:

1.free spiral

2.sprial mounted around a aluminium core.

The material used is non abrasive nylon of white, normally with filament of thickness 0.2 and 0.3mm.

HC/THC non-woven brush
Mainly apply to remove the plugging resin, deburring and polish the surface of SUS press plate.

HD non-woven brush
Mainly apply to deburring after drilling, cleaning , deoxidation,  cleaning before solder resist process, gold finge.
